On-the-spot monitoring visit of Twinning Project was performed on the 22^nd of September of 2015 by relevant representatives from MoEPP EU Department (Ms. Emilija Atanasovska and Ms. Elena Mitrovska), CFCD (Ms. Blagica Atanasova), and EU Delegation (Ms. Maja Bogdanovska-Zendelska). They were received by the RTA Counterpart, Mr. Darko Blinkov, and the project team, namely the RTA, Mr. César Seoánez, RTA Assistant, Ms. Lidija Fajdiga and RTA Language Assistant, Ms. Jasmina Nikuljska.

A review of past project activities, coming activities and administrative procedures related to the project were discussed during the initial meeting. Review of hard-copy files of the project in the Twinning office was subsequently performed.
