During the period from 16^th to 19^th of November 2015 Spanish experts Mr. Manuel Salgado and Mr. Carlos Bernácer prepared a guidance on how should the environmental inspector proceed in case of incident or accident that affect the environment, including a template of minutes for the corresponding inspection. They provided as well a first draft of document with proposals on performance indicators to evaluate the work of inspectors and the State Environmental Inspectorate.

During the mission, German expert Mr. Horst Büther provided a two-days practical training to a core group composed of 3 SEI Inspectors and 8 Local Authorized Environmental Inspectors on the Inspection Planning Cycle and the use of the risk assessment IRAM tool. Training materials linked to the topic were delivered to the participants. Mr. Büther prepared as well excel templates to fill, for each installation, the key data in order to evaluate its risk according to IRAM, and a User´s manual for the IRAM software, in the form of 1 word document + 2 Powerpoint presentations showing how to implement key steps as an inspector and as an IRAM Coordinator.

Next steps including the agenda for mission 2.1.7 was as well discussed with RTA and RTA Counterpart.
