In the period  between 20^th to 24^th July 2015, Dutch expert Mr. Cees Braams, Italian expert Mr. Romano Ruggeri and Greek expert Mr. Dimitris Tsotsos prepared a first draft of inspection guidelines for IPPC/IED installations, which will be part of the general environmental inspection manual prepared within activity 1.2, focusing on the concept of BAT and its consequences in permitting and inspecting of IPPC/IED installations.

Main problems with inspection of IPPC/IED installations, and enforcement of permit conditions were discussed with RTA Counterpart & MoEPP IPPC permit writers. Relevant documentation including the outputs of missions 1.1.2, 1.1.5, 1.2.3 was reviewed.

Next steps and agenda for next mission 1.2.10 to finalise inspection guidelines for IPPC/IED installations was discussed as well with the RTA & RTA Counterpart.
