30.10.2015 | Mission 1.3.3: Preparation of training-related materials

In the period between 26th and 29th of October 2015 Italian expert Mr. Romano Ruggeri and Dutch experts Mr. Bram Segijn and Ms. Alena Groenen finalised drafting supporting materials for training missions as defined in mission 1.3.2 incorporating feedback provided by RTA & RTA Counterpart. Materials include templates for presentations, evaluation questionnaire, certificate for participation in the training, instructions and guidance for trainers. Experts  reviewed existing relevant documentation, including outputs (guidelines, factsheets and checklists) developed within missions 1.2.3, 1.2.5, 1.2.7, 1.2.9 and 1.3.2 in order to provide feedback on possible improvements.

In order to have input for the preparation of the 2 scheduled training missions devoted to team building and networking (missions 1.3.7 and 1.3.8) were performed as well interviews to several SEI staff.

In addition, agenda of several training-related missions, including missions 1.3.4 - 1.3.5 (training on industrial processes in several sectors), 1.3.6-2.2.6-2.2.7-2.2.8 (training on integrated environmental inspection) and 1.3.9 (final workshops) was defined in detail.

In order to discuss potential points of coordination between the training programmes of the Technical Assistance project “Strengthening Capacities for Implementation of Environmental Legislation at Local Level”, and this Twinning project, 2 Skype meetings were organised with the Training Key Expert of the Technical Assistance project.

Support to RTA for the final update of the IMPEL Waste Watch tool for inspection of waste shipments was provided as well.
