During the period between 16th to 20th of May 2016 Spanish expert Mr. José Gil de Bernabé, Croatian expert Ms. Jasminka Drazenovic and Polish expert Mr. Adam Nadolski continued with the work of mission 3.1.2 in February.
As the conditions for the testing of SEI’s Business Process Management Software (BPMS) were in place just this week, discussion took place with the RTA Counterpart in order to plan properly the testing of the system in this and following weeks.
Review was made of the current BPMS manual, planned to be further developed until the mid of June by the IT company developing the BPMS, and suggestions were provided of contents and further explanations.
Useful discussions took place with staff of the IT company developing the BPMS, to define the main weaknesses of the current BPMS which need urgent action in order to ensure its sustainability. In addition, recommended actions for further improvements of the BPMS were discussed, in order to define a recommended scheduling of such actions and an optimum way of implementing them. Proposal of contents for follow-up actions in the short term (next few months), in the mddle term (2-3 years) and in a latter stage (5-6 years), including potential EU-financed project or supply contract to implement part of the recommendations, were delivered.
Proposals for the timing and contents for the next mission related to the implementation of the BPMS were discussed as well with the RTA & RTA Counterpart.
